This is a gorgeous, brand new, Corner Penthouse unit at "Las Villas" Condo just completed in June 2006. It's approximately 2000 SqFt, and has 3 bedroom, a maids quarter, and 4-1/2 baths, and sleeps 10.  Please note, however, due to our current Condo Regulations, 8 guest is the maximum allowed for Rental Accommodation. 

PENTHOUSE units have fabulous panoramic views of  the island, the ocean, and the beach.  They have high ceilings throughout, and oversized (40ft) balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.  Additionally, this unit is on the 9th floor, and is the only floor that has a fully covered patio.
