RESERVATION PROCEDURE:                                                                                                                                           1)  You may print this page to complete a rental Application.                                                                           2)  After completing the Rental Application, please return the application by Email or                                          by US Mail.  If you wish to fax the application, please contact us first.
3)  Once we receive your application, we will send you a Rental Agreement / Confirmation                                for the accommodation you requested.  If there’s no availability, we will provide you with                            alternate accommodation dates.  At this time, we will hold your reservation for 7 days.
4)  If you accept the Rental Agreement / Confirmation, you must sign and return the                            signed agreement along with the 25% Advance Deposit.                                                                                              If Advance Deposit Payment is not received 7 days, your reservation will be released.
